Translation services. Rates
Basic rates for standard (i.e. not sworn) technical translations
To be calculated on target document
- English>Spanish : 0,085 Euros/word of target document
- Spanish>English: 0,90 Euros/word of target document
- French >Spanish: 0,85 Euros/word of target document
- French>English: 0,90 Euros/word of target document
- Italian>Spanish: 0,090 Euros/word of target document
Minimum charge: 30 Euros.
Urgency rate
A 30% surcharge shall be applied where the requested deadline for delivery is less than 1 full working day per 4,000 words of source text from delivery of the source document by the client.
Sworn translations
A 30% surcharge shall be applied where the Translation needs to bear the stamp of a certified sworn translator, with a minimum charge of €25 for the first page and €10 for each additional page. The source text must be received at least 48 hours in advance. The translator does not undertake any legalization or other red-tape work, save where expressly agreed with the client.
Editing and proof-reading
Editing and proof-reading services shall be charged on the basis of time actually devoted, at a rate of 40 Euros per hour.
Payment by international bank transfer. Other currencies to be converted into Euros at the rate applicable on the date of issue of the invoice. Any banking costs shall be shared between the parties.

Minimum charge: 35 Euros.
